Shipping Policy

  • 1. Will the product be shipped to my country?

    Due to shipping restrictions, we ship to every country, and we will work very hard to do every transport job.

  • 2. How much is the shipping cost?

    Within the US if the weight is within 1kg and the size is within 0.2 cubic meters, our shipping fee is 5.99$ (Except for special promotions), If the unit price of a single product exceeds 99$, and the weight is not more than 1kg and the size is not more than 0.2 cubic meters, we will implement free shipping.

    For non-US regions and remote areas, our shipping charges are the same as above. If there are factors such as shipping increases, we will give you the latest price when you place an order for payment.

    Most of our products and orders are within this range. For individual items that require additional shipping, including but not limited to liquid, batteries, and bulky items, we will have a special prompt on the product page, or under your order Confirm with you individually after ordering.

    During promotions, we often launch free shipping activities.

  • 3. How long will my order take?

    Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
    (Excluding customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances)


    Processing time: 1-3 business days

    Standard Transportation Time: 5-14 days (Most orders arrive in about 6 days)


    The above shipping times are by default we ship using USPS, If you make high value orders, or buy frequently in our store, we will switch to faster commercial logistics such as DHL, UPS or FEDEX

  • 4. What if the package does not arrive?

    If you still do not receive the goods within 20 days after receiving the delivery reminder, please contact us in time.
    For packages that are not delivered for more than 20 days, we will make a certain amount of compensation.
    We will issue a full refund for packages that have not been delivered for more than 45 days.
    Except for the following cases:
    *Your delivery address is incorrect, or you did not reject it yourself
    *The parcel cannot be delivered due to force majeure such as local logistics and political factors

  • 5. Can I cancel or change the order?

    Within 24 hours after you place an order, we will accept unconditional cancellation and a full refund.
    If it exceeds 24h and within 72h, please contact us in time, we may cancel your order. We cannot cancel an order if it has already been shipped.
    If your order has exceeded 72 hours, it is also recommended to contact us, although the order may not be returned.
    If you have already received the goods and need to return them, you can contact us to initiate a return request.
    Within the US, we will give you a USPS waybill that you can return for free.
    If it is not in the United States, you need to bear the return shipping.
